UPDATED - Modern flat in Homerton

I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for a beautiful double room in Homerton. The contract is for 1 year, with the possibilty of renewing it. The move in date can be between now and 1st of April.

The room is originally unfurnished but if you wish to you can buy my bed with four big drawes underneath and a big wardrobe with lots of storage. If preferred unfurnished that can be arranged too.

Bills on top of rent are about £110.

The flat has a very nice open kitchen living area, in addition to a newly fitted modern styled bathroom. Hallway, kitchen and living area has newly been repainted.

You will be sharing the flat with a 29year old female professional who works in hospitality, she wants the flat to have a homely feel environment where you can have you’re own privacy, but also enjoy each others company from time to me. She’s into fashion, fitness, travelling and would like to find a flatmate that shares some of the same interests.

Preferably looking for a female who’s tidy.

Homerton station is a one minute walk from the flat where you can easily get in and around London, the flat is also in a perfect location for catching easy bus routes to wherever you need to ago.
There is also a Co-op 2 minutes walk from the flat with a big Tesco about 5 minutes further.
