Looking to find a friendly, chilled housemate. Room available from 1st April.
My housemates are three creative friendly women working in arts and music (ages 28-46) and a very beautiful little cat. They have been living at this address for 1 to 3 years. They are pretty independent but also enjoy getting together over dinner or a drink.
The room is top floor, and sunny, facing a view of the sky and trees with a dark wood floor and recently painted walls. The room feels warm and cosy.
Located in Homerton, close by to lots of great cafes, shops and lovely parks - Mabley Green, Victora Park and Chatsworth Road (also has a wonderful local market).

Furnished: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers in the room.
Rent is £520 per month due on the 1st.
Deposit £600 (5 weeks).
Fees: A one-off fee from the letting agent of £50.
References and credit check required. Guarantor also accepted.
Bills come to around £60 per month including internet.
The house: Three-floor house with four-bedrooms. Kitchen is on the groundfloor, and everything else is distributed between the first and second floor. There are two flights of 10 stairs each. There are two bathrooms, the upstairs one with toilet, bath, sink and shower. The downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink.
There is a front yard garden with a lovely tree, table and chairs and a shed with some storage. It is a sunny place to eat as well as garden.
Shared kitchen with oven, washing machine, electric stove, cupboard storage and washing machine.
Storage - there is some extra storage available in the landing cupboard.
Space for bike indoors: Yes! We love cycling.
