Very close to busses (#26 stops right outside and runs at night as well)
Tesco Metro close-by, plus a local corner shop, and not far from bigger shops
about 15/20 min walk to Hackney Central or Hackney Wick, but easy bus access as well
Quiet & residential street with parking, but extremely close to everything interesting and lots of pubs within a 5 min walk - best of both worlds

Room
- Two different set ups in photos; unfurnished so you can make it your own
- Comes unfurnished (it does have a double bed!) but easily fits a wardrobe and desk
- Lots of storage around the rest of the house and lots of kitchen space
- Easy to work from home in, but the living room and kitchen are lovely and bright to work from as well

Bills
- About £60 PM. Cheaper in the Summer.

House
- Two bathrooms - one with shower and a HUGE and amazing bath (tall people certified!!) and the other is a toilet and a sink downstairs
- Bike storage in the garden
- Big garden space to grow things, have some plants or relax.
- Lots of indoor plants as well
- Huge kitchen, lots of a space to cook or eat and a dishwasher
- Bright and lovely living room, lots of room to work out or relax.

Current Housemates
- 3 young women, all professionals
- 2 veggies one vegan
- Perfect balance of being able
to socialise together in the evening with cooking and films etc. but also plenty of space and privacy if you so desire!
