Our lovely, sassy Liv is returning to her native USA. We are seeking a positive, new flatmate to share with. The room will be available from Monday 04/07/22.

Mike – A curious minded civil servant. Amateur sandwich maker.
Dex – A retail manager by day and club kid by night. A walking 00’s pop culture encyclopaedia with a crippling iced coffee addiction.
Gerson – A revolutionary graphic designer. Probably the next Alexander McQueen. Always up for the next gig.

Generally we are chilled and usually up for conversational stimulation, a cup of tea, pint and a good meal. Respectful of each other’s work schedules, personal space and maintaining the communal areas with a minimal amount of effort. If you’re cool with an endless supply of puns and pub quiz facts (Mike), down to earth glamour, (Dex) and 90’s inspired Hip Hop clothing, (Gerson) you’ll fit right in!

About the area:

A 7-minute walk to Homerton station. 15-20 mins to Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations.
Lots of buses and night buses routes serve the area. Bus stops within a few hundred metres of the maisonette.
The world’s first Tesco is down the road with a fabulous supermarket/off-licence right next door to the maisonette.

Loads of pubs, bars, cafés, and takeaways. The street has a post office, dry cleaner, dentist, record store and charity shops in close proximity.

Green spaces:
5 min walk to Well St Common, 10 min walk to Victoria Park, 20 min amble to Hackney Marshes, Mabley Green and Wick Woodland.

Financial stuff:

Rent £575, paid monthly on 17th for the month ahead.
Bills: £30 council tax, £10 water and £10 internet, also paid monthly.
No upfront deposit, just pay the difference forward to the person you’re replacing (depending on how close to the 17th you move in)
Gas and electric are on top-up meters. Cleaning products and major household items split equally per month.
