This room is in a 4 bedroom Victorian house on Victoria Park. Currently shared by three 26 year olds, looking for a friendly/sociable house mate to take our spare room. The available room is on the lower ground floor, next to the kitchen and with pretty much exclusive use of its own bathroom. Our house has a large open plan living area on the ground floor with large windows and views to the park. The room would be ideal for someone who mainly works from the office, but there is a desk and space in the living area for use when working from home. The house is equidistant between Homerton and Hackney Wick stations and opposite a 388 bus stop which goes straight to London Bridge. The rent is £800pcm (we also pay £10 a month into the ‘house account’ which we use for shared supplies around the house and for house nights out every now and again. This is excluding bills which generally add around £60/70. A deposit of ~£800 (tbd) is also required. The room is available from August/September
