We are looking to rent out a double room in our bright and spacious Homerton apartment. It is available on a short term let basis until the end of May. There might be potential to extend this on a week by week basis.
The room is fully furnished with double bed (with storage), a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, and a spacious balcony. Also secure bike store room on the ground floor.
The flat is in an ideal location within 8 mins walk to Homerton overground and 10 mins to Hackney central, with great links to stratford and a couple of stops on the overground to the Victoria Line. There are very good bus links, plus walking distance to Victoria Park and London fields. Also a 5 minute walk to Homerton Hospital so ideal for someone working in healthcare.
You will be sharing with a couple in our early 30s however we are in the process of moving so likely won't be in the flat much, if at all.
The price is inclusive of all bills.
