You will be shared the flat with myself only. I am working as a senior scientist at Cambridge university, therefore won’t be home most of the day.

The room is £1199 with some bills included as mentioned above (other bills are approx £90 each), Move in date June 8th.

If it’s a couple, the rent will be adjusted to £1299 (Deposit: £1300).
