We have a spacious double bedroom available in our bright and airy 4-bedroom flat on Well St, complete with a lovely roof terrace.

Our fantastic flatmate and good pal Becky-Dee is off on a new adventure after nearly three years with us. She’ll be greatly missed, but we’re excited to find someone equally wonderful to join our household. Could that be you?

About us:
The remaining tenants are in their 30s and 40s and work in mix of different industries:

We’re a friendly and sociable household that values being more than just flatmates. We enjoy hanging out, heading to gigs or comedy shows, exploring good food, and sharing the occasional pub trip.

About you:
We want to keep the current dynamic in the house, so we’re looking for a female over 30. Ideally, you’re someone creative and social who’s looking for a fun household rather than just a room.

The practical bits:
We’re looking to begin viewings as soon as possible (ideally in person). A deposit will be required to secure the room before moving in.
