3 bedroom flat with a spacious living room

My friend Nicole and I are looking for a third flatmate. The tenancy contract and move-in date begins July 24th. The flat has 3 bedrooms and one bath. Please scroll through the photos to see the floor plan of the flat as well. The photos are from the previous tenants living there, and will not contain any of the furniture seen in the bedrooms. However, there are two big armoires (dressers) included with the smaller bedrooms. The couch and coffee table will be included with the flat. There is a balcony as well.

The flat is a 5-8 minute walk from the Homerton overground station. In addition, it is near hackney central and London fields station. Victoria park is a 5-8 minute walk as well. And, broadway market / London fields is a 15-20 minute walk.
