Looking for someone to take over my cozy room in a friendly Homerton flatshare from July (flexible until August)

Ground-floor of an estate building in a super green pocket of Homerton, right by Hackney Marshes.
It includes:

- Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet

- A beautiful patio garden with BBQ, plants, and very good vibes

- Your room looks directly onto the park

Everything you need is nearby:
- 1 min to Adley Street bus stop (direct to Hackney Central, London Fields, Stratford, Shoreditch, Dalston, etc.)

- 3 mins to Hackney Marshes + the canal

- 10 mins walk to Homerton Station

- 15 mins walk to Hackney Wick and Clapton

- Chatsworth Road Market, supermarkets and off-licences all within 10 mins

We’re friends as well as housemates — a balance of shared and solo time.
We’re into outdoor activities, music, cooking, DIY, arts, and hosting the occasional dinner with friends.
You’d be sharing with:
- An Italian girl (33) who runs her own startup (works from home)

- A Canadian guy (25) working as a teacher.
Both friendly, respectful, warm, and easy going.


Clean shared spaces are a must in the house, so we normally have a cleaning rota

💸 Rent
£667 with around £100 bills

The deposit is £832, and there is an additional £300 for all the furniture and utensils, as the flat originally came unfurnished.
