Two double rooms available in Hackney 🌞

We have two double rooms available in a 3 bed 1.5 bathroom flat in Homerton in December/the new year, in an amazing location for a year long lease.

📍Location

Located right next to the overground station, a short walk to Chatsworth Road, Well Street, Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes and the canal, it’s a location you can’t beat. You can easily walk to Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Lower Clapton area in around 15 mins. The overground on Mildmay line connects to Victoria Line as well as two stops away from Stratford for central, jubilee, DLR etc. Many nearby buses nearby incl. 30, 26, 236, 276, taking you to Dalston, Stoke Newington, all the way to central too.

🏡 The flat

The flat is ground floor/basement split on two levels, with one of the bedrooms on the basement level and one on the ground floor. There is also a large private courtyard which gets sun the majority of the day, making it a great place to host and dry your washing outside!

📆 Room availability

The first room is on the ground floor and is available from December 30th (open to earlier), and the second room is on the basement level and will be available from January 14th 2026. Both rooms come furnished with a bed, dresser and wardrobe. Other items such as a desk, chair, bedside table and lamp are available to purchase from the other flatmates moving out.

📑 Rent + bills

Rent is £883.33 per person. The deposit is one months rent. You will be starting a new year long tenancy with a 6 month break clause. Bills come to about £100 each month for wifi, gas and electricity. We pay for water every six months as well. The agency are very responsive, always sending people when we have had problems.

👯‍♀️ Flatmate

A bit about me the current flatmate: I’m Dodi, I’m 25 and I work in 9-5 in Public Health. I see myself as very easy going and would love to keep a relaxed vibe going in the flat. I very much enjoy my own space but am always down to hang out in or out of the flat from time to time. I love staying active, music and gigs, a coffee and a walk, going out to eat, or a movie night. I’m hoping to find flatmates who are sociable, but respect each other’s space and keep things tidy!

Sadly no pets, couples, or students. You must be able to pass a reference check and provide proof of employment etc. looking for girls in age range of 24-30
