I’m renting out my fully furnished double bedroom in a modern duplex flat in Homerton (E9).
You can take it just for the 18-day holiday period or turn it into your new long-term home (6+ months) by signing a contract directly with the landlord.

💷 Rent & Bills

Short-term (19 Dec – 5 Jan, 18 days): £35 per day – all bills included

Long-term (6+ months): £950 per month – bills included up to £150/month
(Anything above £150 is split between tenants.)

Shared with 3 friendly female working professionals (24–26)

Your bedroom is on the top floor, right next to the bathroom

Modern kitchen with plenty of storage on the lower floor
