Hi all, after 1.5 years in my lovely Homerton flat I'll be leaving to move in with my partner so my room is becoming available on April 1st.
The flat is 4 bed 1.5 bath in the Kingsmead Estate with a large fully furnished living/dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom & separate toilet.
My room comes with a with a desk (ideal for work from home), ottoman double bed for storage wardrobe.
The Estate itself is placed between Daubeny Fields Park, the Lea River & Hackney Marshes, its about 10-15mins walk from Homerton/Hackney Wick Overground stations, has regular buses to Stratford & elsewhere, available bike hangers and lime bike parking right outside the flat.
All flatmates moved in through Spareroom, at different points over my time in Homerton, and fit seamlessly into the chilled out dynamic. Ideally, any future flatmate would do the same. The flat has all the boardgames & sports channels one could wish for as well as being close to Stratford cages where the lads regularly play 5-a-side and the Adam & Eve close by for drinks too.
Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electric & Internet come to between £80-95 per month on top of rent.
