Double room in spacious Homerton apartment

Hey, sadly I’m moving out so I'm looking for someone to take my lovely double room in Homerton, Hackney.

The whole apartment is very spacious, it gets a lot of natural light and is always super warm. There’s a double bed with
storage underneath, a large desk (tbc), bookshelf and you also have a bathroom all to yourself.

There's a beautiful view from the balcony, free access to the gym downstairs. There is also concierge at reception so the place is very secure.

You have easy access to Homerton Overground (12 min walk) and there’s a number of bus stops right outside the house.

There's lots of nice pubs, shops and cafes in the area. You can walk along the canal up to Hackney Wick. You’re surrounded by nice parks/green areas such as Hackney Marshes.

We're looking for a working professional who is tidy, respectful and likes to hang out occasionally and watch tv. You'll be sharing with Jacob (24) who is super sound and works in retail.

You'll need to go through referencing etc to get on the lease.

Bills usually come out to around £150pm.
