Open plan flatshare in Hackney

We're looking for a new flatmate (either an individual or couple sharing a room) to join us in Hackney!

Mike and James live in a converted Victorian schoolhouse, walking distance from Homerton Overground station and Chatsworth Road. The flat has passed between people in the same group of friends since 2018. Our most recent flatmate has just moved out to live with his partner just up the road, and we're hoping to fill his room with someone who can become a friend too.

Our flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/living area and a shared garden with other flats in the block. We're both tidy people, one of us is queer, and we have friends dropping by quite regularly from Hackney and wider east London.

The rent would be £1,000 for an individual (split evenly between us) or £1,250 for a couple together. To cover bills and some other expenses (including our cleaner Magda who comes usually once a week) we're transferring an additional amount into our joint account each month. This would be £250 each for three of us or £190 for four.
