Hi, we’re Alice (28), Lily (28) and Tasia (29) are we’re looking for a sociable girl (girls or the gays) to sign a new lease with us in Homerton. ✨

We’ve put a holding deposit down and are in the process of doing reference checks. Move in date is 14th April.

About the place:
4 bed house, 4 mins from Homerton overground station.

The room is £1020 a month - 3.5m x 3m (circled on the floor plan pic), not incl bills.

There’s a garden, lounge and big kitchen with double oven and double fridge freezer 😍. Shared shower room and separate toilet between 3 (one upstairs room has its own en suite).

Photo of lounge looks like a bedroom in the photos but it’s currently got a sofa in there!

We can share videos on request. & It’ll be professionally cleaned before we move.

A bit about us:
We’re all independent and have our own lives but we wanna create girls house energy - dating debriefs, sharing book recs, morning coffee walks and nights out together (we love nights out and nights in!)

We want our shared space to be somewhere that we all love and look after - clean, cute and feels like home 🫶🏽.
