Hello! I’m moving out of my room in Homerton, so I’m looking for a tenant interested in a medium-sized double room.

The room is partially-furnished and one of 3 rooms in the flat. The flat has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a space airy living room. You’ll be sharing with Jack and Leo, a producer and project manager, who are fun and easygoing and looking for the same type of person. We like to share the house jobs so looking for someone who’ll do their bit, and we mostly do our own thing in the evenings but love a group pub trip in the sun when we can.

The flat is in a great location, perfect for walks to London Fields/Broadway Market and cycling around Victoria Park (2 mins away on foot!). The flat is also on the first floor above a supermarket, so super convenient in case you forget any shopping!

Move in date from 2nd May, but can be the following week if preferred. Drop us a line with a bit about yourself and your availability to move in if you are interested!

Furniture – room comes with bed, chest of drawers, shelving unit and clothes rail. All other furniture shown in photos to be removed (this includes desk, ladder shelves etc).

Location – Well-connected to London Fields, Hackney Central, Hackney Wick, Lower Clapton, and a 2 min walk from Victoria Park! Nearest station is Homerton overground (7 mins walk) which gets you to Victoria line. Great facilities nearby, with Well Street being close on foot with good cycling routes around too.

Availability – Move in from Sat 2nd May. Viewings from w/c 13th April.

Price - £804/month exc. Bills. Bills are wifi, electric, water and council tax, and come to around £150/month. Bills cost up to £30/month less over summer months.
