I’m moving to Australia at the end of May, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 3-bed flat in Homerton, Hackney.

You’d be living with Lou (29) and Phoebe (24) who are both friendly, sociable, and great to live with. The room is available from 1st June, with the option to move in from 23rd May.

About the flat:
• Bright 3-bed flat with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
• Rent: £850 all in (bills included)
• Amazing location – 10 mins walk to Victoria Park & 15 mins to Broadway Market
• Surrounded by great independent shops, pubs, wine bars & restaurants
• Nearest station is just a 7-minute walk

About the housemates:
They’re both in their mid-late 20s, working in professional roles. It’s a sociable, relaxed, and genuinely lovely home. They’re looking for someone aged 25–30, also working professionally, who’s clean, easygoing, enjoys a glass of wine, and is keen to be part of a fun, comfortable and nice household!
