Our lovely lodger is leaving and we are looking for another lovely female lodger for this bright & spacious double room.

The room has neutral ivory walls, beech coloured flooring and white paintwork. It is 13ft X 13ft, has a built in wardrobe, large Ikea bookcase, desk, double bed and shelving. The room has a large south facing window (with blackout curtain) and looks out over the front garden and into a large green park.

The flat itself is a 2 bedroom ground floor house conversion with a homely atmosphere and large front & back gardens. The flat was recently modernized so all the decor, furnishings & fittings are relatively new.

There is a shared modern kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with bath & power/modern shower and a separate toilet.

There is a large back garden with BBQ and space to grow your own veg if you have green fingers. The garden is used like another room in the summer to socialise with friends.

All bills are included & a very fast broadband.

Parking is free between 6.30pm and 7.30am

Share with 2 easy going, friendly professional females (34 & 57) and a very small & friendly dog who is hypoallergenic so no shedding of hair. The older woman and dog live away Thursday-Sunday.

This is definitely a home rather than just a place to live. It would suit a dog loving professional female or mature female student (27+) in full time study, who appreciates a clean & peaceful living environment, likes their own space, but can also have a chat over a meal or a glass of wine.

The flat is situated opposite a large green park.
Hackney Marshes, the River Lea and the Olympic Park are 5 - 15 mins walk away respectively.

Chatsworth Road is 8 mins walk with lots of cafes, restaurants.. a very friendly pub, The Adam & Eve is 5 mins walk which does gastro food, sports tv, pool, beer garden.

Nearest station is a 10 min walk to Homerton Overground ~ 5 mins to Stratford Central Line or 8 mins to Highbury & Islington Victoria Line
It's easy to reach central London within half an hour of leaving home.

Lots of buses, a bus stop opposite the house with constant buses running to Hackney Central where there are a multitude of buses into Central London.
Or a bus stop 2 mins walk with regular 308 buses to Stratford which takes about 10mins.

5 mins walk across the park there are buses to Bethnal green, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Angel, Central London, Waterloo...
