The house is on a very pretty tree lined Victorian street and there are great bus connections in all directions. Homerton Overland gets you to Highbury Islington or Stratford in 10 minutes. Newly tiled and decorated throughout - bathroom has powerful shower in new bath tub, hard wood flooring throughout, large bright kitchen with dining platform overlooking garden, new washing machine, and door to large garden. The bedroom has {basic} built-in storage and a chest of drawers, and a memory foam mattress on a sturdy bed frame. You have free reign of the flat apart from the living room where I will be sleeping. The rent is £675 per month and includes all bills including Internet. Deposit is £300. I'm looking for someone who is gay-friendly (not necessarily gay!), clean and tidy, and respectful.
