A double room in a 3-bed first and second floor Victorian conversion flat, just two minutes walk from Honor Oak Park station which is served by the East London Line (Highbury & Islington via Shoreditch and Surrey Quays to West Croydon) and Southern (13 mins to London Bridge). Honor Oak High Street is just one minute away with a Sainsbury Local, restaurants, cafes, bars, a deli, and other useful shops. The open spaces of One Tree Hill, Honor Oak recreation ground and Blythe Hill Fields are very close by.
You will be sharing with two friendly professionals who have lived there for 5 years. They are looking for someone who would be happy to stay for at least one year. You would share a bathroom (with shower) with one of them. The kitchen/living room is on the second floor. All fixtures and fittings are modern, with wooden floors and contemporary furniture. The flat is homely, clean, bright and well looked after. You will have a private landlord who lives 10 minutes away.
