Hi all. This used to be my house but I don't liver there now but rent out the rooms. They're all in an amazing location and good sizes.

It's a very big, split-level flat in leafy Honor Oak Park.

Honor Oak Park Station is a 30 second walk from the front door (and there’s no noise in the flat from trains).
Honor Oak Park has a Sainsburys Local (next door), a pizzeria opposite, coffee shops, a wine bar and a Turkish restaurant. All these are a stone's throw from the property. There are also loads of green fields and woodland walks to do.

The rent is 625/725 and includes broadband. Other bills I sort out and send bills but they are low as they're split between 4.

There are two separate floors and on each floor there is a bathroom so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

One room's a massive, furnished king-size room with 3 windows, curtains, blinds, huge wardrobe, bedsides etc.

One is a large double with bed, shelves, built in wardrobes (2) and lots of light.

Any questions give me a shout. There are 2 fridge/freezers (so you only share with one person) and loads of cupboard and storage space.

And the housemates are all lovely and quiet people.
