Room to rent in Honor Oak Park

Room to rent in 3 bed flat in Honor Oak Park/Forest Hill.

We have a small room to rent in a quiet block on Honor Oak Road.

Sharing with two friends Chris and Alex (me), both 30 working full time.

Flat has separate kitchen and large living room. Bike lockers outside the flat, and communal back gardens.

The flat is 10mins walk to Honor Oak Park station (Overground and Southern Trains). P4 from outside the flat to Brixton and Lewisham. Peckham 10 min cycle/15 on the bus and central London 30min cycle.

For bills, council tax (Band C) works out at about £43 per person. Internet and water paid monthly (approx £20 each). Gas and Electricity is on prepayment meter that you can top up online. In the summer this is quite inexpensive but I imagine in the winter you'd need to contribute £40ish a month.

Room comes with bed, mattress, chest of drawers and clothes hanger. The flat came unfurnished originally.

Move in date from 1st August, 12 month contract to be signed. Landlord requires employment, bank statements and landlord references. Deposit is around 620 (tbc).

Landlord is a company that owns a few blocks in the area. They tend to be quick with any maintenance requests as they have a full time manager.
