Quiet, recently refurbished period house with garden and gorgeous Bengal Kitten - looking for sociable, respectful male or female to share home with.
The property (bought two years ago and refurbished to a high standard ) has a gorgeous boutique-hotel style bathroom with freestanding bath and walk-in shower, plus two living rooms - both with real working fires, a high spec built-in kitchen, and a spanking south-facing garden.
It's in between the overground (3 mins walk) and train to Blackfriars (10 mins walk). London Bridge is 11 mins by train from Honor Oak.

It's not a house full of sharing housemates, it would just be me and you. I'm sociable, have friends over occasionally and am out a lot. But I'd like someone to occasionally watch movies with, and cook with perhaps a couple of times a week. It's obviously not a party house, it always has fresh flowers, candles lit, and is extremely homely. The room for rent is the master bedroom, and so the biggest. it has a desk in it for work or study.

The mortgage on a house this size averages well over 5k per month, so to pay £1000 per month, and £100 for bills, which includes a cleaner etc, is a steal.

I became single last year and want to share my lovely home again. I love music and gigs (Fred Again, Barry can't Swim, Fisher, Bicep, Glitterbox etc). I'm a freelance creative and work from home, so it would suit someone who is out to work at least some of the week.

Mostly I'm in bed by ten, unless I'm out, or out-out - then who knows. But I'm great friends with my neighbours, I'm respectful of other peoples wishes - oh and I'm ALMOST vegetarian, just eating white meat.

I do Barre - which is like yoga, meets ballet to dance music, and I'm always pottering out in the garden in the summer - most years setting up a huge paddling pool and having friends over to hang out.

Give me a shout if you're respectful, sociable, looking for a mate to live with, and want to share a stunning house in a hip part of town. ideal age would be 35 to 45 but i'm most keen on great vibe : )
