This a lovely, light airy room in a large Victorian house. Furniture is good quality, modern and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest and workstation and chair.

The rent includes absolutely all bills and charges. It also includes regular cleaning of the shared areas of the house, gardening and highspeed broadband.

Current Housemates are friendly professionals who get on well but each have their own busy lives and careers.

The house is clean and comfortable with a shared lounge with Freeview TV. The kitchen/diner has lots of storage and all necessary appliances and over looks a quiet garden with patio area and picnic bench.

There are two bathrooms and one of the other rooms has an ensuite, so no queues in the morning !
