Flatmate/s for 2-bedroom flat in SE

Hello! I'm looking for new folks to share this 2-bedroom apartment with from November 1st onwards. I’ve been living here as a tenant for over a year and need a new flatmate for the last four months of the lease, with potential to extend or take over the lease next year.

A little about me - My name is Jos, I’m 29 years old, white, queer and trans. I work as a cabinet maker and youth facilitator. I keep pretty busy during the week, but when I am home I like to cook, have friends round for dinner, paint, and do a bit of gardening on the patio. I’d like to live with someone who is clean/tidy and down to catch up at the end of the day and occasionally cook for each other. Ideally looking for someone who’s also comfortable around dogs, as sometimes my parents’ dog comes to stay for a few days.
The flat has two bedrooms, a living/dining room, seperate kitchen, one bathroom, attic storage space and a big patio. There is a locked bike shed as well just outside the front door. There are big windows in all of the rooms with a great view onto Blythe Hill Fields. All rooms are on the first floor, the flat has its own entrance, with one step into the building and 10 steps up to the landing and patio door.

The bedroom can fit a double bed and there is some built in storage. Storage is also available in the attic and I'm more than happy to make room in the living room for dedicated workspace and/or storage. I don't work at home and am out most days, which could suit someone looking to wfh. The bed frame and mattress in the room can stay or go as you like.

Rent is 590 pcm + bills are roughly 150 (Council Tax Band C). Couples are welcome but rent would be 890 instead of 590 with bills split equally between three. The landlords don't accept benefits sadly, but I've already provided them all the necessary financial documents and a guarantor, so no references needed. The landlords are very friendly and live in the flat downstairs. They want to briefly meet whoever moves in.
