The shared spaces include a reception/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private garden.

There is a third bedroom/study which can be used as a shared office space or used for storage, depending on what both tenants agree on.

The flat is located in Honor Oak Park, just a short 5-10 minute walk from Honor Oak Station. The area has everything you need, from a large local park, supermarkets and small independent shops to restaurants and traditional pubs.
