Lovely room in Honor Oak

Looking for someone to join our lovely Honor Oak house ☀️

We’re a friendly creative house looking for someone relaxed and sociable to join us. The house is made up of 3 musicians and a theatre production tech; some of us work from home so ideally you would have a workspace or hybrid work, we do have a communal workspace here too! I am currently suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome which means I am home most of the time.

We enjoy listening to music, watching films and cooking together, going to gigs or the pub with friends, reading, yoga, and gardening.

The double room is big and bright, over looking the garden with the morning sun hugging your walls each day! The room comes unfurnished. Bills are approx. £100 a month.

The house is very spacious, living room, dining room, kitchen and a generous garden plus an indoor bike rack and loft for storage.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Honor Oak station which has the Overground Windrush Line and National Rail services. As well as plenty of buses just seconds from the house.
Honor Oak has a cute high street with independent cafes, pubs and shops. Blythe Hill, Telegraph Hill and Ladywell Fields are only short walks away.

Looking for someone to move in on the 1st December, with wriggle room either side.
