Spacey double room in SE23

hi there!

Sadly moving out of my amazing flat and leaving my two brilliant flatmates and I’m looking for someone equally brilliant to take over my spot on the tenancy. I’m moving out to live with a best friend otherwise I would happily be staying!

The room is a brilliant size with a large north facing window that lets in plenty of light. It has floor to ceiling, deep built in wardrobe space on the wall not shown on the pictures so plenty of space left for you to use as you see fit.

It has very easy access to central london and the rest of SE, an 8 minute walk away from the Honor Oak Park overground line.

The two guys you would be sharing with are really friendly and instantly made me feel at home in the property. Both are musicians so a passion for the arts will always be welcomed.

The communal space is amazing, as you can see from the photos and the bathroom might be the nicest bathroom i’ve had since moving here. The property spans two floors and has high ceilings throughout and large windows so the light throughout is beautiful.

The room comes unfurnished but the previous tenant before me built a gorgeous bookshelf and there is a large mirror on the wall. The kitchen is fully lifted out and both flatmates are fantastic cooks so communal cooking would be something that would be loved.
