Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my cosy single room in a lovely shared house in Honor Oak Park from late February.

It’s the smallest room in the house, but it’s genuinely the cosy heart of the flat!
The bed is tucked right by the window, offering a beautiful, peaceful view. When the sun is out, the whole room glows—it’s the perfect spot to wake up and start your day.

Please excuse the clutter in the pictures! I am currently in the middle of packing. I promise the room will be completely clear, emptied of personal items, and cleaned before you move in—giving you a fresh, spacious blank canvas.
Who You'll Live With:
You’ll be sharing with 3 friendly and creative students from Goldsmiths (Fine Art, History & Music). It’s a respectful, inspiring, and safe environment—perfect for another student or creative.
The Perks:
• Outdoor Space: We have a private garden (perfect for the upcoming spring/summer!) and a shared living room.
• Storage Hack: Despite being a cosy single, you get an in-room closet, a wardrobe, AND additional dedicated drawers just outside the room. Everything stays organised!

• Move-in Ready: Happy to leave my duvet and pillows (thoroughly washed) if you need them, or I can remove them if you prefer.
The Details:

• Rent: move in before March, we could do £750/month, or £815 for after (bills excluded).
• Contract: Official Foxtons tenancy replacement. Ends 26th August 2026.
• Location: 10 mins walk to Honor Oak Park / Crofton Park stations. 15 mins bus to Goldsmiths.
• Area: Super safe residential neighbourhood with cute cafes and parks nearby.

Timeline:
• Move in: After 24th Feb
• Viewings: ASAP.
