One of our flatmates is going travelling for 3 months and hoping to rent my room out. The room is a good sized double bedroom, furnished. There are two full bathrooms, large kitchen/diner, separate living room study, garden and patio with bbq and pizza oven.
The house is with a group of friends, 2 male one female. We are all working professionals in the city. They’re all very friendly and excited to welcome a new member to the family ! We love cooking together, going pub and general 20 something antics. The house is also home to a gorgeous black cat who loves a treat but he really keeps to herself.
The house is 5 mins from Honor Oak station which has the wind rush line or south east trains. 12 mins from Canada Water, 15 to London Bridge. There’s a Sainsbury’s local and various cute shops and cafes 5 mins from Honor walk away.
