Double room in friendly, spacious house

Hello!

We are looking for a new person to join us in our large 5-bedroom house in Honor Oak Park. About a 5-minute walk to the Overground station with easy access to Central London.

We have a double room available which is unfurnished. Shared bathroom with one other person.

Huge kitchen/dining room with 7 burner gas hob and two fridges/freezers. A large shared living room and downstairs toilet. There is a well maintained back garden with lawn and a patio area.

We are a friendly bunch who like the occasional park run on a Saturday morning and we are looking for someone who likes to socialise but also enjoys their own space and someone who helps keep the house a clean and homely place to live.

Bills (Water/Gas/Electric/High-speed internet/Council tax/TV License) are additional around £160 pcm.

The room is available at the end of March and well located near Honor Oak Station which is less than a 5 minute walk away. Tell us a little about yourself and we can arrange a date to come check it out!
