Sunny King Sized Bed in South London Houseshare

I’m offering a cosy room with a king-sized bed in a friendly house share, just a 5-minute walk from Honor Oak Park Station. The room has a south-facing window, so it gets lovely sunlight throughout the day — it’s bright, peaceful, and very comfortable.

Honor Oak Park offers excellent transport links: it’s on the Overground line, with direct trains to London Bridge (around 12 minutes), and easy connections to Canada Water, Shoreditch, and Highbury & Islington, making it ideal for commuting or exploring the city.

Bills not included but on average come to an additional £100 per month.

We’re an easygoing household and simply ask for mutual respect and consideration:
• Shoes left at the door
• Keep noise down after 11pm
• No smoking indoors
• Please clean up after yourself, especially in shared spaces
• No pets unless agreed with the house

Prefer someone in full time employment.
