£1250pcm + bills. Deposit- £1562. Available from end of May (some flexibility on date if moving in earlier).

The rent includes a bedroom + its own separate room that can be used as an office- or whatever you like. Both the bedroom and the office/spare room are unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

The house large, and it’s lovely and bright- there’s a big lounge, a big dining room (great for dinner parties), a kitchen, utility and a good-sized garden.

We’re a couple in our 30s (Hannah & Sam) and we have a cat (Cilla). We’ve been renting with our friends but sadly they are leaving London, so we need to find a replacement. We’re pretty normal, friendly people. Ideally we’d like someone/a couple who are relaxed, would be up for cooking together occasionally and getting to know each other a bit etc. We love living here and hope you will too!
