The room is spacious double bedroom (3.7m X 3.2m) , Bed is double, oak frame. Chest of drawers oak wood (4 drawers) and oak double wardrobe with one large single drawer. Pendant light.

Area:
Honor Oak village is a friendly, pleasant area, next to East Dulwich se22 / Nunhead se15, with good local restaurants, cafes and bars. There are parks and conservation areas close by and the area is well lit and safe (low crime). There is a Sainsbury Local open until 10pm directly opposite station.

Excellent Transport:
Train / London Overground station 5 mins walk from flat. Regular trains to London Bridge journey times 12 mins, Victoria station 35 mins (via Clapham Jct 20mins) whilst tube-like London Overground (orange line) links get you to Canada Water (Jublilee Line) 15 mins.

Great bus services, directly outside flat to P4 Brixton (access victoria tube line), and P12 (Peckham Rye station ) . Short walk to catch 63 bus to Kings X station.

There are secure bicycle lockers available at rear of block, £45 per annum rental. And offstreet parking.

About me:
Work from home most days in talent development sector. Like the Arts, reading (member Book Club), cooking, watching movies and cooking. I have a small (6kg), (friendly and lively) jack-russel terrier dog aged 6 who likes a walk and keeps me fit !

Enjoy having someone around, who is also easy going, flexible and companionable to share space with. Equally happy to watch a bit of TV together, share a glass of wine and chat or just enjoy our own space.

Extras:
Clean bedding, including sheets & duvet I can provide, will change fortnightly and towels provided weekly, if that is helpful. I provide household stuff like toilet rolls, kitchen roll etc.. and keep flat clean / tidy. Your gear can be left over the weekends, to help with commute (suits, handbags etc.).

About Flat:
2 bed, quiet 2nd floor, great views airy and light. 1930's building, sweep through drive (parking first come first served, no restrictions in area though), wrap round communal gardens at rear. Flat is within bock of 8 flats in 24 flat block of pupose built flats.

Bathroom, bath, good pressure in shower, combi bolier (new), and there is separate toilet, next to bathroom. Helps in the mornings!

Fully equipt kitchen, appliances washing machine & separate condenser dryer, fridge freezer, microwave oven and gas cooker / hob . Double glazed with thermostat radiators - cosy and warm in winter.
