It is about 10-12 minutes walk to Forest Hill station and a few minutes walk to bus stops. Tesco is 5-7 minutes and Sainsbury's is about 10 minutes walk. Washing machine, very comfortable Japanese mattress, a lot of storage supplied. Sharing with a female ex-journalist turned translator who works from home till late and starts working from 10am till 8pm. Ideal lodger would be a full time student/professional. Suitable for someone who takes evening showers due to bathroom being next door and the noise of running water. No visitors policy and not suitable for working from home.

Note: Rent increase will be done annually in accordance with general guidance i. e 1% on top of the inflation rate.
