Use of a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area for food preparation and dining. Possibility to leave a bicycle in the adjoining garage. Parking is available off road outside the house.
Nice, quiet and green neighbourhood suitable for a professional working outside the house. Honor Oak and Forest Hill stations are equally distant (8-10 minutes walk) 10-12 mins to London Bridge with rail or overground. Living in landlady away for work during the day.
