Hi everyone,
I am renting out one of the rooms in my apartment. I am a professional looking for other likeminded professionals or students clean, tidy and happy to socialize with other people in the flat.
The flat is located in Turnpike Lane-Hornsey area in London; it is few steps away from the Piccadilly Line and Hornsey station (trains to/from Moorgate via Finsbury Park).
The room is spacious and well furnished, it is suitable for professionals and students. Kitchen and bathroom are share with two other people only. The flat is well connected to the rest of London, particularly Moorgate, the City, London Metropolitan University.
The current flatmates are myself (Fabrizio-Italian) and Luis (Cuban-Spanish). We are both easy going, and we like to listen to good music. We have a garden too, ideal for barbecues with friends.
