Our housemate Ainsley is moving out at the end of our current contract to move in with her boyfriend, so we're looking for a new flatmate to move in to her room.

Unfurnished, large (4m x 4m) double room with integrated closet for £533 per month, with bills on top. High ceilings and large windows mean the room is quite airy and gets lots of light.

This Victorian house has lots of character, including a fireplace in your room. The house has east and west exposures so gets plenty of natural light all year round.

CHARMING NEIGHBOURHOOD
We're in the very popular area of Crouch End, and walking distance to Wood Green.

The neighbourhood is residential and has overwhelming choice for good restaurants, and there's a large Sainsbury's 5 minutes' walk from the house.

We've never had any disturbances from either our neighbours or our landlord.

GOOD TRANSPORTATION LINKS
Hornsey Station (zone 3) is less than 5 minutes from the house. The train goes to Moorgate (which takes about 15 minutes) and along the way has stops with connections to the Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, and Overground Lines. We're also 10-15 minutes' walk from Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line).
