We are looking for a female to join our cozy 3-bedroom flat. The master bedroom is now available. It is a quiet and spacious room that has just been refurbished; partly furnished, with a king size bed and a new wardrobe.

The common space includes a large bathroom with a bath and a kitchen/livingroom also recently refurbished.

You will be sharing the space with two friendly and easy going females who have been friends for years and are looking for someone to share their home with.

Steps away from Priory Park and 5-min walk to Alexandra Palace Park. The flat is conveniently located 10 min walk from Hornsey Station, 10 min bus away from Turnpinke Lane Station and 15 min from Finsbury Park. Crouch End and Muswell Hill are a short stroll away.

We pay the bills quarterly. The cost below is per person for 3 months.
Gas: £50-£80 approx
Electricity:£40-£60 approx
Water and council tax are included.
WiFi is £13 per month.
