Large, bright double

Two bed flat in Hornsey. Five minute walk to Hornsey station, fifteen minute walk to Turnpike lane tube. Short stroll to Wood Green high street, Green Lanes (tasty Turkish food, pubs, etc) and Crouch End!

There’s a small park right in front of the flat, and it’s a 15/20 minute walk to both Finsbury park and Alexandra Palace Park. Queens Wood and Highgate Wood are a longer walk or a short bus ride away.

The rent is £650 per month plus bills on top, which come to about £130 a month currently but TBC due to the current situation. We are with octopus though, who have committed to keeping prices as low as possible.

UC is accepted although the landlords would likely ask for a guarantor and do extra credit checks. You will need to provide references, three months of bank statements and go through a credit check if you are employed. Deposit is £750. We rent directly through the landlords.

The room has plenty of space, I currently have a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table in there and it still feels spacious. The room and the flat generally get great light, as you can see from the pictures.

The bathroom has a bath! :-) but there wasn't a good angle to get in into a photo.

You will be sharing with my flatmate, Jenn who is 32, works for a disability charity and is vegan. Someone who is clean and tidy is a must.
