Two big and bright double room are available in our lovely flat from the 1st of December.
This amazing property is located in Hornsey, a green and residential area conveniently located in North London with plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops around.
We have a big Saintsbury just 3 min walk from the flat and also the beautiful Alexandra Palace just next to us.
The location is superb as we are walking distance from vibrant areas like Crouch end, Muswell hill and Wood green; and it's also well connected with transports.
Turnpike Lane station (piccadilly line) is about 15 mins walk and Hornsey Station (national rail) is just 10 mins walk.

The flat is on the 3rd and last floor and has 3 double bedrooms, a single room, a shared bathroom, and a brand new kitchen with a small balcony. There won't be a living room as It's going to be a room so we can keep the rent very low. The flat is cosy, with gas central heating, double-glazed windows, and laminate flooring throughout (with exception of the bathroom and kitchen, which are tiled). We also have a shared garden downstairs where you can keep your bike.

Im living in the flat atm and I am ideally looking for LGBTQ+ friendly, clean and respectful individuals to join this lovely home and make it their home too. Also looking for someone that doesn't work from home.

I'm looking for two tenants who can sign a 12-months assured tenancy starting from the 1st of December.
Prospective tenants will have to go through usual agency background checks (employer reference, credit check, etc)

Need to find someone pretty urgent so I can confirm with the agency.
Viewings most likely will be Beginning of November.

You are gonna live with me Matteo (30) (he/him) Italian, work in hospitality and study part time.
I'm a pretty chilled individual who enjoy their alone time but also like to socialise over a dinner, a glass of wine, or some Netflix.
I also go running and do some other activities (yoga, bouldering, HIIT classes) from time to time.

We follow a weekly cleaning rota and we are expecting the new housemates to follow it too!

The rent isn't inclusive of bills which come out about 100£ every month.
