Hi everyone,
We are looking to carry on our tenancy with our flat as our third flat mate is moving out to live with her boyfriend🌹
Abit I’m about the flat and us:
Monthly rent - £590
Bills - (currently, as we are expecting this to increase/change) - up to £115 /120 per month
Move in date : 28th July 2022
Before you move in- you will need to pay a £200 holding deposit then once your referencing is sorted you will need to pay one months rent and your deposit(one month also) minus the £200 holding Deposit. So £200 until yo ur referencing is all good then £980 when you get the keys. (And bills as this is paid 1 month in advance)
Flatmates - two of us (26 and 25 years old) I am in the office full time and Felicia is a mix of working from home and in the office. I work in the legal sector and Felicia works in recruitment.
Landlady- super nice and always helpful with everything!
The room- your room has 1 double bed , a wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. It has lovely patio doors that open up into the garden (great for summer!) there is also a an extra cupboard we have in the hallway for extra storage if you need it. (We use it for suitcases/ hoover etc)
The flat - we have 3 bedrooms in total , 1 shower room /toilet, a lovely private garden (for our flats use only) , and then the kitchen diner. It’s a cute and modern little flat within a large town house that has two more flats above us. The closest station is Hornsey station and then you have Turnpike Lane underground about 10/15 mins walk (it always takes me less then 15 tbh). There are bus stops close by also within about a 7 min walk that go towards central London and the city. The area is safe and residential. Plenty of cafes and restaurants / bakery’s/ bars&pubs/ within a 7 min walk. Wood Green shopping centre/cinema is about a 15 min walk also and Alexandra palace is a quick drive.
What we are looking for: Although there is a good amount of space we think it would be suited to someone that is at work full time also as working from home might be abit difficult to balance. ( if you are someone that needs a lot of space / works from home a lot / is home a lot I don’t think it will be comfortable for you) Preferably we would be looking for a female and someone similar to our age although still drop us a message if you think you would be a good fit! We are a quiet household and do our own thing mainly but also like to have a beer/wine in the garden or have a chat in the kitchen when we can etc so ideally would like our new housemate to be the similar. Must also be LGBT+ friendly and a NICE person! We respect each others privacy and space/ speak to each other nicely and would want someone to be the same in return!
The photos I have uploaded are ones taken before anyone moved in so if you are interested drop us a message and I can send you a video tour / more pics of what it’s like now! We have made it more homely and have a fridge in the kitchen now.
Drop us a message with abit about you and we will do our best to respond ASAP! I am happy to do FaceTime viewings/or a video tour first if it’s easier.
Zina & Felicia 🌹
