The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood at the bottom of Alexandra Palace Park and less than 1-minute walk away from the park entrance. There is a large Sainsbury’s about 10 mins walk away. Street parking is free, and freely available in the area!

Located just a 15 minute walk from Crouch End, a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood in North London. It is home to a mix of families, young professionals, and creatives. Crouch End is known for its independent shops, restaurants, and cafes and was voted the best place to live in London in 2023. It’s also roughly 10mins walk from Muswell Hill.

Closest tube stations are Turnpike Lane and Highgate, both about 15/20mins walk, or a short bus ride. There is also Alexandra Palace station which is 5 mins walk away and gets you to Kings Cross in about 15mins.

I am looking for flat mates, who are quiet, tidy and respectful.
The property is well appointed, lovely and light, and very homely. The landlord lives locally, she is very nice and easy to get on with.
