We're looking to fill 1 room in bright and spacious 3 bed house. The room is available now hoping to fill ASAP but latest 1st May.

The house is located 1 min from Alexandra Palace park, which has a weekend farmer’s market, and is in walking distance to Muswell Hill and Crouch End. Ally Pally train station is 12 mins away, with trains into central. Wood Green station (Piccadilly Line) is 15-20 mins away and there are also buses to Finsbury Park from near the house.

The house is light and spacious with a large living room, garden and kitchen with tons of storage.
You’ll be living with me Joseph, a software engineer and Alfie a policy advisor for higher education, both 27, sporty and easy to live with.
Looking for people who are friendly and clean, around 25-32 y/o and who ideally wfh no more than 2 days a week.

The room is £700 + approximately £115 bills. Unfurnished. Move in date is 1st April. A cosy and bright room at a great price which fits a double bed. There’s a HUGE cupboard/wardrobe in the hallway which would be yours to use.

Rest of the house is furnished but space in the lounge for other furniture you may have.
