Looking for a new tenant for my room on Hornsey High Street. I'm moving out on the 1st of Feb, so ideal moving in date would be a day or two after that.

Hornsey is a 10 minute walk from Crouch End, which is absolutely beautiful, and full of lovely cafés, and restaurants. It's frequently voted #1 place to live in London!

Hornsey is also a stone's through from Ally Pally which has loads of lovely walks, hosts many live events (darts world championship anyone?) and even has an ice rink.

I've fallen in love with this part of the city. So much so that I'm only moving 20 minutes down the road!

The rent is £480 per month not including bills and council tax (band E), which normally take the monthly cost to about £600.

This is an absolute bargain given the size of the room. It's furnished with a small desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a shelving unit, a bed, a sofa bed, and a coffee table. I currently have an electric piano in here, and I still have plenty of space to walk around.

You will not find a room of this size in this location for such a competitive price.

You will share a small, but serviceable kitchen and a bathroom with 3 other housemates.
