2 rooms in friendly North London house share 💚

Hi lads,

We have 2 rooms available in our lovely Haringey home for move-in 23rd April. (Sorry for the chaotic ordering of the pics and video!)

We are an 8-minute walk to the Hornsey train station (Great Northern railway), or a 9-minute walk to the Turnpike Lane Underground station (Piccadilly line).

Close to lots of shops, a 20min walk to Ally Pally or Finsbury Park, gyms, an array of international food places, 2-min walk to local Asda, 10-15 minute to bigger shops (large Sainsbury’s), and a stone throws to Crouch End.

We are an LGBT+ friendly house, looking for people age 25-35. We are a social house but not a party erry weekend type! We are a silly bunch, love to watch the TV together, go for a pint or to see some comedy. We come from a range of different working fields and are not looking for any type of person in particular. As long as you’re friendly, respectful and tidy.

6 months minimum and then rolling contracts.

Lauren – 31, Howdy :)) I’m a neuroscientist hailing from the land down under. I love a bit of gardening, climbing at the castle and watching comedy. I’m very keen for the summer ☀️and to build a nice house community (bring on bbqs and Ally Pally picnics)

Molly – 28 🌸
Hey! I’ve recently joined the house in Jan. I’m currently studying for my masters in psychotherapy and working for a mental health and employment service. I love being outdoors, swimming and occasionally crafting! Keen to create a community and hang out - summer bbqs and gardening as a house etc!

We have 2 double rooms available:
⭐Room 1: £475 (see photos)
Ground floor, east facing double room, with beautiful bay window and furnished – double bed, desk, wardrobe, 2 bookcases, mirror, chest of drawers and shelves.

⭐Room 2: £410 (see photo and video)
Ground floor double room with private garden access, also furnished – double bed, book case, wardrobe, desk and lamp.

The house is multi-levelled, with a open living/lounge area. 2x shower rooms and 2x separate toilets. 2 Fridges. Nice garden that gets lovely afternoon sun. An additional laundry room where all of our clothes hang out together to dry ✌️
Prices do not include bills, which roughly come to £100 per month (this includes council tax, TV license, Wi-Fi, energy, fortnightly cleaner).
We will do viewings between 7th – 12th April (exact dates tbd).
