It is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest drawers, Home Wi-Fi internet, TV (freeview).

The double bedroom has two windows, a double bed, two wardrobes, two small chest drawers, desk & chair & Freeview tv.
Although it's not a new building, I am told by others that it's a large but homely space.

My building has secure entrances. We have double glazing and central heating (I like a warm space myself :0)))).

We share the bathroom, separate toilet and a very small kitchen with washing machine and condenser dryer (used after 9pm to save energy costs)
We keep the space clean and tidy on an ongoing basis ‘Clean as you go’ policy.

With Covid19 in our lives, it’s even more important that the home stays happy, but hygienically clean all the time.

Suited to full time employed person working away from the home. No Students Pls.

Nearest rail is Hornsey BR

Fantastic lifestyles in Crouch End & Muswell Hill and Wood Green.
Excellent for city journey:
