We are looking for a lovely new housemate.

Florence is 25 and works in events, Charlotte is 23 and works in Marketing at a record label. Our jobs feed heavily into our normal routine and when we aren't at events, we are sociable both in terms of spending time together in the flat and going out for pub trips, good food, plant purchases and exploring London. This isn't just a room to sleep in, we both intend on living here a while and we are looking for someone who has the same ideals.

We are very lucky to have some very nice shared spaces so we are looking for someone we can get along with and who will help to make the space our own.

We’re based in the very lovely area of Crouch End in North London, which has some great pubs, bars & restaurants as well as independent shops. We’re about a 15 minute walk from Archway (Northern Line, zone 2) and Crouch Hill overground. We’re also within 15 minutes on the bus from Hornsey train station and Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly line, zone 2) and well connected on bus routes.

Just under £700 pm with bills included. There are also shared household purchases as and when we make it to Ikea or fancy topping up our cocktail supplies!
