THE FLAT
Three-bed homely flat in an estate in Upper Holloway. New kitchen and bathroom, with a little outdoors space to sit in when it starts to get warm again. Separate living room and downstairs loo so there’s plenty of space. Room in the garden for a bike.

Walking distance from Finsbury Park, Stroud Green Road and Crouch End, and Highgate and Highbury&Islington are a bus ride away. Archway station and Upper Holloway overground are less than 10 minutes walk and there’s loads of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and independent food shops in the area.

The estate is quiet and safe. One of the tenants is moving out so we’re looking for a new person to move in from 19th February.

THE ROOM
New carpet. Comes with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table & chest of drawers.

Most bills are included in the price of £580. We will be hiring a monthly cleaning service for a small additional fee.

FLATMATES
Current flatmates are brilliant. Two women in their late 20s (and a beautiful cat called Omar) who have busy personal lives, but enjoy spending time together in the evenings or weekends either out at a show or home with delivery.
Danielle is an actor and finishing her MA at UCL in Education, Gender and Intl Development. Sesane also studied acting and is currently getting her MA in Creative Writing and Publishing.

Must be queer and neurodiverse friendly (we are an ADHD household). Must love cats 😽

It’s important that you’re environmentally conscious, tidy, a good communicator, and mindful of other’s needs in the house. Looking for someone who’s friendly, relaxed and wants to find a place that’s home.
